What is your philosophy of education and teaching?

I believe in teaching to inspire curiosity, nurture growth, and encourage students to reach their highest potential. Each student is uniquely created and capable of achieving great things. Though I am new to the profession, my values are deeply rooted. I strive to create a classroom that reflects kindness, respect, and a love for learning. Teaching is a journey, and I know I have much to learn. But I walk this path with confidence that God has placed me here for a reason. With each lesson and each student, I hope to grow not only in skill but in service to others.

What are your thoughts on St. John Lutheran School?

I am so blessed to be able to send my children to this school and to now be able to grow myself in the school and become a teacher in this loving faith-based community. After working in the school for the last few years as an aide, I have been welcomed with open arms and have been blessed to become part of a caring community that feels more like a family.

Married to Mr. Webb for 10 years and have three wonderful boys, two of which currently attend the St. John School too!
