What is your philosophy of education and teaching?

I believe that every child has a right to learn. It is my privilege to share the love and knowledge of Jesus with each child whom God leads into my care. I hope to guide each student to their God given abilities and potential in all subjects. I enjoy watching each student grow in their faith as a child of God.

What are your thoughts on St. John Lutheran School?

St. John School is a family of believers in Christ. We care about each other and every child that passes through our doors. Our curriculum meets excellent academic standards. We provide an atmosphere of learning, sharing and growing. God’s Word and Grace makes this possible every day, all day.

Education:

• Graduated in 1983 from CUW, majoring in Education with a minor in Psychology. I have taken many classes since to keep up with my WI state licensing. Many credits involved teaching reading and directing Handbells and Choir.
• I also spent time on the Early Childhood Committee for the South WI District Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.
• Other experience in the last 35 years of teaching includes: Directing Handbells at St. John, and Messiah Lutheran in Ripon, Directing the Seraphim Choir at St. John, and the Adult Choir and Children’s Choir at Messiah Lutheran in Ripon, Teaching Recorder Music Class at St. John, Leading various Bible Studies, Directing VBS, Participate in Altar Guild, and a member of LWML.

Personal Information:

Married to Pastor Fritsch for 42 years! Three Daughters: Erin & Jeff Forsberg children: Joanna 8, Ben 5, and Nathan 2. Kelly & Josh children: Jedia 16, Jona 14, Jeremiah 10, and Josiah 2. Kira & Josh children: Harper 2.
